alright 99 auto valve body, converter, the converter wont lock, the ground looks alright, all the sensors are hooked up and none are melted, i cant tell if the relay i the fuse box is bad. but i dont think that would cause the lockup to stop. and when i hit the od off switch everything works but it wont lock any ideas.
