Transfer case leak
Check torque on the bolts and make sure they are in spec. Do not over crank'em.
If it is still leaking you can split the halves and replace the gasket or sealant, not a big deal if you are comfortable with mechanicals and can follow the FSM directions....

Splitting the cases for a re-seal is not a big job.
The only real thing you have to pay attention to is the oil pump pick up when you are putting the two halves back together.
And for the minor price of it, replace the snap ring on the rear output shaft instead of reusing the old one. Trust me on this one, I have the experience of the "old" breaking down the road.
Take your time and it's a basic job. Two hours out and back in.
