went to do a burn out last nite truck just revs and smoke tach jumps up and down wont rev passed 2000 when power braking revs fine any other time with my super chips tune i had no problem converter locks up ok going down road trans shifts fine and no other problems any other time

a local guy put an allison trans from a school bus with a cummins motor in his
98 3500 4wd and used a 205 transfer case any body else tried this and how did it turn out

 

Are you sure the engine is performing properly? Sounds like when realy pour it on, the engine starts missing badly. ?????? JMHO
