Hey guys, just got my compounds in, but still have to relocate the trans oil cooler from down next to the engine block. The cylinder cooler that anti freeze runs through too.

My question is, can I mount the cooler up side down??

And if any one has any pics that would be awesome!

Come to find out, there are a number of names this thing is called, depending on who's talking about it.

Trans cooler, trans oil cooler, trans oil heater, trans heat exchange.

Over all though, Talked to a guy at a local trans shop and he said it doesnt matter what way its mounted.

So for all those with auto's and wanting to do compounds and need to relocate your trans oil heat exchange, go ahead and mount it up side down. Just FYallI.
