tranny line?

I remember someone saying you can purchase a tranny line with a port for hooking up a gauge sending unit. cannot find any info. anyone?

Some folks have used that "T" fitting for their installs and had great success with it.
I just rather have a line that I don't have to worry about something coming off/loose while driving down the road.

just got off the phone with a tranny guy, he said put the temp sender in the pan. said no need to see how hot the converter is running and you dont want any restriction in the line to the cooler. the oil in the pan is more accurate of what the trans is at.

does that line with the port measure tranny temp or tranny pressure? thought the temp is measured in the pan.
