Did it come off because you had rubber hose clamped to steel line with hose clamps?

How are they held on i looked at my friends truck and it was the same way, i don't think that they tightended the clamp, i double clamped it and hopefully it will stay, what are the chances of it coming off again? how are yours mounted badme, i am talking about the acctual lines that connect directly to the tranny cooler behind the grille

Mine has factory crimped lines, just like a hydralic hose, with quick conects on the ends. The quick connects are the ones that take a special tool to slide in and unclip the tabs to release the line.
