I don't know if the boost numbers were low. I didn't really check them. The truck didn't seem to have any power loss. The only thing I was thinking when I saw all of that smoke was headgasket. I had no idea it would have been the turbo.
I am assuming the oil leak in the turbo is what killed it.

I talked with the guy I ordered it from and he suggested this turbo. It was the same one I was thinking of buying anyways. He just confirmed that I was thinking of the right one. I just had to order it a bit sooner than I planned.
