stutter/miss/cutting out??

When I roll into the throttle(not flooring it) doing about 60-70 I'm getting this stutter/miss/cutting out and it will do this until I let off the throttle. I watched my fuel gauge and it didn't fluctuate or anything. Sometimes it does it bad and other times it doesn't. Also it wont do this while crusing around or pulling out, just when I roll into the throttle.

Any ideas?

mine is doing it as well, fuel pressure stays good, boost anywhere from 20 to 30 psi. I cleaned the map and iat sensor it helped but didn't cure it. Still look for the cure.

Could it be a clogged injector?

SuperDave,
When you find the solution, please let me know. My truck does this semi-regular from 3 gear into 4th. I will go a week with nothing then it will start the studder in 3rd then drop into 4th and everything is fine. When I am on the interstate pulling 1900-2000 rpm, and try to blow past someone, the engine will give me power but often studdering up to 2500 and always stoping when I idle back down.
I changed the fuel and air filters but that did not stop the issue. My father said it was injectors but I have not taken it in for service.
Please let me know what you find.

I too am having this same problem. It only happens when I am pulling my trailer and under heavy load on the throttle. I have an appt with the local dealer to try to diagnose this, but I would rather take care of it myself. Anybody found a solution?

Thanks,

Bill

I have boosted my fuel pressure up to 18 at idle and 16-17 at wot. Like someone suggested, the studder is still there, but it didn't show up on the dyno last month. still looking for a fix.
