Question still not running right....help?!?!

i got a 99 2500 cummings I6 5.9 turbo and i installed an kN Intake hyperpac comp and magnaflow turbo back.....dtc's say its over boosting even in stock on highway wont go above 2200 and goes up and down +/- 200 rpms, also some dead pedal....any thoughts? boost sensor? bacuase it feels like its a sensor nothing mechanical cuz it doesnt buck when it shifts or anything

Check and make sure your MAP is plugged in.
What's your fuel pressure?
You do have a guage with all those BOMBs on your truck don't you?
It should be mandatory on our trucks.

well i just put all this in and im going to put gauges in to...what gauges you think i should put in?...im plannin on looknig at my MAP sensor tonite but would it jsut unplug like that? once again tho this is on stock so how is there away of stopping the ECM from defueling so early?!?!? ive heardof a "boost module"? to fix it
