I have an 02 24v HO 6 speed
starting out with the last issue I had. my truck over heated and blew the radiator I replaced the fan clutch thermosthermostat and radiator truck has drove and ran great now the last couple months the truck has developed a 15 sometimes 30 second crank time and the weather has been over 70 even over night. I thought it was my batteries because they were reading like max 10 volts I replaced them with cat HD 1000cca batteries bow it cranks extremely fast and the issue has not changed I can hear the lift pump kick on when bumping the starter but not just from turning the key to on. Once it has been started once in the day it will fire after one or two rotations any time the same day but iver night it goes right back to long cranks There is one engine code for a throttle position error bit qm unsure if that can cause this issue because the error code has been there long before the starting issue
