find the revs per mile for your tires, go to dealer have them reprogram with the DRBIII.
Way cheaper than a add on box. Or next time your there for a problem or somthing just ask them if they could do it while they have the programer out. Mine did mine free when i had them look at the Vp44 and do a bunch of flow/volume tests. Of couse this was a small town (pop ~800) dealer ship back home where everyone knows everyone in town and is a nice person. But worth a shot.
*EDIT* just called the dealership here in the city, just to have the tire size reprogramed; $34 and some change.
If you don't go with a Smarty, just do what TurboFOX said....the tire size recal. is done by accessing the ABS menus and changing the revs/mile to whatever you choose with a DRB style scanner. Many dealers will do it for free since it takes all of about 60 seconds to do....others will charge their minimum fee.
thanks guys, awesome info, i want the smarty but don't have the cash for it right now, saving for it. i think i will go to the dealer to have it reprogrammed. How is the smarty anyway, have not seen anything bad about it?
Dealer charge for the speedo correction! And this way... you'll know first hand what a Smarty feel like.

You don't list your location? Find a Smarty in your area and test drive it. I believe it leaves the tire correction in (along with the High Speed Idle) even after returned to stock.

Hypertech programmer can also do that. Just put tire size there and that's it. It also gives +60-70hp/200lb-ft torque+ you can took fault codes with it.
It costs ~300 bucks and do not need any kind of installation.

Hic316, I have a geer speed calculator that lets you put in your tire size and it will tell you the revs/mile so that the dealer can fix the spedo. PM me and I will send it to you. I ain't got enough brains to figure out how to attach it here.
One thing I'd suggest, is to physically measure the circumference of your tires. The same size of tires between manufacturers will vary a bit, so the theoretical numbers won't always match up. I've got 235/85R16 tires on my truck. The math says it should be 31.73" tall. I have it programmed for a 31" tall tire in the Smarty, and is bang on according to the mile markers.
