I finally got my cold fast idle enabled, along with the 3 cylinder idle. Now I can't wait for some "cooler" weather to come to see how it works.

Cost me $50 at the dealer (2nd try). First dealer didn't know what I was talking about. The tech told me I "already had the lastest software version installed" . I did some more research and went to another dealer with the TSB in hand, printed off the net. The service manager had to come to the waiting room, grab the TSB, and show it to the tech. You'd think if any place would be familiar with this, it would be here on the Canadian prairies! Anyway, appears they got it figured out and enabled, can't wait to see how it works .
