Should I replace Water Pump ?

Ok, Guys
I have 108,000 miles on my 01 Dodge Ram 3500 4x4, I'm fixing to pull my 5th Wheel Camper 8,000lbs and Rhino on 6x10 trailer behind it from Kansas to Colorado this July, should I replace my water pump? I dont need any break downs, a group of us are going and I'm the only one in the group with a Dodge Cummins, I dont wont to eat dirt if I have a break down. I talk alot of crap on their powerstrokes . What do you guys think I should do, I just bought a 180 T-stat with new upper and lower hoses and fleetguard antifreeze from Walmart 50/50 mix, 5 gal @ $10.00 a gallon and this weekend will be working on it, so should I just buy a new water pump from cummins or leave it and see how long it will last.

Only 108k on your water pump? I wouldn't bother replacing it....it is not uncommon for them to last a lot longer than that. Just check the weep hole during routine maintenance for any signs of coolant. Even when they begin to weep a bit of coolant they will go a long time before a failure occurs.
