setting valves ????

setting valves ????

i think its time for me to set my valves my old dodge has 180000 miles and never have reset my valves i had a guy ofer to set them for me for 100.00 but i am pretty good at mechanic work and would rather pay myself 100.00 to set them lol does anyone have a clue to what they should be set at?? thanks and i am wanting to change all my oil to royal purple what is the grade of oil that i need for the tranny and rearend? i have a 5 speed manual and the one ton rearend 3.55 gears

From: North Carolina or Kentucky. Take your pick
The valve specs are on engine plate, left side of front cover. Intake .010, exhaust .020 are the numbers.
