Ok,,,working on my 2002 1 ton 5 speed, starts fine but won't run worth a crap cold, acts like dead pedal throws p0216,p0222,p1693, after driving for a little bit and it warms up i clear the codes and it runs normal with no issues or codes, any input would be appreciated
