I spent a busy weekend changing out my VP and putting in new Jammer #3`s. Valve adj. also. . Following the service manual on the job, in the throttle linkage section, it says to remove cables from the pivots, I did, lots of room then. Later I read DO NOT REMOVE CABLES FROM PIVOTS, undo three bolts an lay to the side. Did I BONE myself by removing the cables? The truck is a 5spd, I start in 2nd and the puter bumps the throttle about 5 times to get going. Used to be only two bumps of the throttle to get going. Is this the difference with the new injectors? Or do I have to reset my APPS? I also get a Check Engine lite with a 0252. Did this code not get cleared from when my VP died? Thanks Mark
