Are rebuilt VP44s all the same?
The "secrets" are to the performance version of the VP. The core is always added on top of the purchase price. But that is refunded when you return your core. The average hp that we are seeing is very close to that 100hp. Which turbo or turbos you have is going to play a part in the overall number, but what you see is going to be very close to what you get.
What can you expect with a (completely stock 24 valve) in a 2000 Dodge? Do you have any numbers? I just want to know what I would be getting, because I think I may be replacing my VP before much longer. Also, does the HPVP require the use of a FASS system or something like it with higher pressure?

To be honest unless you are looking to make more than 500hp then I would stick with the stock VP and then put the difference in the price into some other modifications. On its own you would probably see around 80hp, but you are going to have some exhaust gas temperature issues. You should have an auxiliary fuel supply on that truck even if it is stock.

No sense being anything but honest. If I lie then the first person you are gonna call back when you arent happy is me. I dont like putting myself into the situation where I am going to be taking calls like that.

Hey Pat, you can see my performance enhancements in my sig. What would you do? I do need to upgrade my turbo asap. It would seem if it adds 80 HP in a stand alone situation, that is more power than RV275's,and edge ez. Obviously those 2 items cost less, but you got to have a VP44, you don't have to have those add-ons.
How does the pump react with the likes of an Edge Comp tapped into it? Did I see thatn right, the HP has 90 day warranty and the standard a year warranty? Why such a difference in Warranty, if the HP version is just as good with the core secrets added in?
