what size is the test port on our fuel filter housing

If it's like my 99 then it's 1/8"NPT if your filter looks like this.
The port on the left is post filter.

mine is not the test port is pre filter and is part of the banjo bolt set up

You have a Schrader valve. We have an adapter that will go right to it. Or you can replace the banjo with a tapped version and run a 1/8" NPT fitting right into it.
