Questions about deductable...

Ok Guys, I took my truck in for a hard start when the truck was left sit on a hill (front up hill). No problem they just changed some O rings on the fuel line connectors and also changed the connector tubes and injector seals?? dont ask me why

The dealer charged me a 100$ deductable WHY? I read the manual and it says warranty claims are at zero charge

I am sending my truck in for what seems to be an APPS, lift pump, or VP44 problem

can I expect the $100 deductable charge?

they said I had a overboost code due to an aftermarket part on the turbo can I expect a problem with this?

it has been driving for several thousand miles with the part and code

Im just trying to get an idea what to expect when I pick up my truck I feel for strait up warranty I shouldnt have to pay a deductable under the factory warranty?? should I??

Any ideas?

Thanks

Jason

truck is an 02 ho

why would they run through the extended warranty when the factory is still in effect?

Did you buy used? I think there is a deductible on warranty transfers.
