When I start rolling down the road I start to hear road noise at 20-30 mph as if I have mud tires but I don't. Sometimes its followed but a slipping or metal shearing noise either when I'm slowing down or driving. When I throw It in neutral, it stops. Any thoughts on what it could be folks?

 

Did you already check your wheel bearings?

 

Yes, wheel bearings are good, basically brand new and replaced ball joints. U-joints are all good too.

 

You could always drop your transmission pan and check it out. If the metal shearing noise is coming from there I would expect to see glitter or worse in the pan and filter.
