depends on how you want to do it. do you want them on a seperate switch or with the foglights or what.
If you want them on a sperate switch find a power source to run to the switch, run a ground wire to something metal and and the other wire run to a relay. Then take the power from the battery to the relay, then from the relay run the power to the lights and ground the lights and ground the relay.
on the relay the metal prongs have numbers these are what they are
86 is the relay switching (control) circuit input.
85 is the relay switching (control) circuit output.
30 is the power circuit input.
87 is the power circuit output.
