Noise from the Turbo (I think)

I just got my truck back from service (oil and lube) and I am noticing that I am hearing what sounds like my turbo "fluttering". On a cold start it is coming out of second into third and again from third to fourth. After it warms up a bit it is just from third to forth at about 2000-2500 rpm's. ??? Does this sound normal for a truck with 60K. Every thing looks to be "OK" under the hood, or at least what I can see.

You might want to double check the hose clamps on the intake. They might have forgot to tighten them when they took the air filter out to get to the oil filter.
