Bought it used from a dealership
Bought it used from a dealership
I bought a 2002 CTD 4x4 Dually from a dealership in Seguin, TX. It has 43,000 mi on it.
I was told by the dealership that ALL the fluids had been changed. They said they had to do this to offer the extended warranty.
Is this true?

Re:Bought it used from a dealership
Did you buy your truck from wyatt Arp Dodge, thats were I got mine new, they are a very honest group of people so if they told you they changed all of the fluids I would take their word.
Re:Bought it used from a dealership
pull out the dipsticks (trans if an auto and oil) and take a peek...the oil in our engines gets dark quick so you'll know....welcome to the site and good luck w/ your new truck
Re:Bought it used from a dealership
take out your drain plug on the rear differential......dip your finger in and put some of the oil on a white piece of paper....youll be able to tell if its new or not.
