Thumbs down No fuel to injectors

My buddies 01 24v Quite running today when he was going down the road and we found the edge comp box wire to the vp44 shorted out on the #2 injector line and blew the engine control 2 fuse(witch runs the VP and fass pump only). We fixed the wire and figured we would have to bleed the injector lines to get it fired up and in the process we only got #4 and #6 to prime up. I pulled the other injector lines out of the connector tubes as best as I could with out taking the lines all the way off and they are only spiting a little bit of fuel. Do you guys think the pump took a crap? Or am I missing a trick? Thanks for any input.

How much fuel pressure do you have going to the vp44?

About 20-23psi at idle. It ran great before this happened. It has a fass W/no filters though.

Turn the keyswitch On-Off-On-Off-On then look at the odometer for codes.
