Idle question

I have an 01' 5 speed all stock. When putting the clutch in to come to a stop the engine will drop to idle as it should but then will surge up and down maybe 100 rpm for a few seconds and then level off to a steady idle. What would cause this?

mine started doing that very same thing when i installed stage 2 injectors, one source suggested i had some air in the system.
i don't think so
it did it before i removed the same injectors 2 years ago.
so i think it is injector related...... did not do it with stage 3's or 275's

check your fuel psi, mine is a auto but it had a rough idle because the lift pump was going out.

I've had the same problem with my 01 5 spd. I've got my fuel pressure gauge setup down stream of the filter and have been showing 12-16psi to the injection pump. The thing that throws me is that mine is intermittent. So far I can't tell what sets it off... I'm up in Alaska and at first I thought it was cold temps but it was in the 70's last week and it would still do it sometimes. I plugged in my code reader and nothing showed up... I'm still at a loss.
