Hi all.

I've had my 2001 for a year and a half now. I have a few questions. I looked for the "53" on my block. In the locations pictured in that oft-linked-to stamey article I have nothing. My question is might the marks be somewhere else on my block, like not right down by the oil pan? Or am I good on the block question if I have no marks in either of the two locations, below the fp or the oil filter mount? I have searched this but just keep seeing the same article referenced so I was wondering if there was anything else to know.
