neeed help

My truck has been in the shop for two months now. It is breaking up / flutering in one RPM. Fuel pressure is good no codes put a new fuel sending unit in the tank and it still seems to have this prob. If the fuel pressure is good could it still be the vp44?? im stumped

Yes.

When I lost my VP44 I had no codes, lift pump was in perfect shape.
Only symptom was a very "surgey" idle.

What shop did you take it in too? Dodge or Cummins. Tell me more about this scotty smart fuel system. Is there a web page on it?
