more getrag help neeed ! slips out of 5th!

friends truck slips out of 5th. trans feels good otherwise. any thoughts appreciated. did a search but found nothing on 5th slipping. thanks.

thats what mine did, pulled top cover and main shaft lost thrust, wobbly, upgraded to 4500
