Need a torque value on a bolt, please

There are two of these that hold, what is called in the Dodge FSM as the "caliper adaptor ", the head on this bolt is 21mm,,,, it's the plate that the actual caliper slides into, this is NOT the caliper pin bolts to try and make it a little clearer.

The "caliper adaptor" bolts to the bigger flange at the end of the rear axle,,, hope this is clear enough.

Anyway, I've looked all through my FSM and there is no torque spec on this bolt, they have it listed for the front disc plate bolts (210 ft.lb) but not the rear which is what I'm working on. First I thought they'd be the same, front and back, but the bolts or different. The truck is back together, but I'd really like to torque these two bolts,,,, kinda **** about that.

See if I can post this picture,,,,
