Thanks, Flash! I guessed at 25 ft lbs and promptly snapped the last one off flush in the flywheel!!! Luckily, the thread locker hadn't set in and I was able to remove the p-plate and flywheel and chisel the broke piece out. Soooo, I've got to pick up 1 new bolt in the morning My pivot ball was/is also broke off in the bellhousing. Even a titanium drill bit won't touch it, but I've got a machinist buddy who can have it out and helicoiled in 15 minutes...only problem is he can't do it till tomorrow at 6pm, so maybe FRIDAY I'll drive my truck...just have to wait and see how Murphy feels about that...

sorry to here about the pp bolt

do you have a welder or some one who is pritty good with a welder?A mig works best!
if so find a nut that is just a little bit bigger then the bad or broken ball stud and place it over the broken stud. weld the stud to the nut and let cool to the point that is not red any more and then just turn it out!

make shore you start on the broken stud and then fill the nut with the welder.
let cool and twist

it will usally take them out when most ether efforts have fails!

if it brakes off just weld a nether nut to it and try again!

Thanks for the tip, but I've already broken off an easy out in there, and it jsut looks like heck in general. This fella has the super-duper drill bits that'll get the job done like nothing. He's helped me out in the past and knows his stuff...and what's another day, hehe. Got my shiny new pivot ball from quad 4x4 ready and waiting
