motor cutting out and weird peddle

we got a 98.5 that keeps cutting out replaced the apps with a used one and it has a holley blue on it. its gets a weak peddle not a dead one and sputers some and will throw blue smoke like its a fuel problem. we have reset the apps so it is not a reset problem. any ideas would be helpful

It probably is a fuel problem, exact same symptoms I had when the ip went south. The lp is probably bad too. If you don't have a fuel pressure gauge get one.

Have your fuel pressure checked.....it's possible your injector pump might be taking a dump on you
