Motor "cutting out "

Man I am having a bad weekend!
Go tthe problem with the Travel trailer solved nd hooked it up to the truck, trailer and load probably around 11000 lbs( trailer empty is 8880).
Got going down the road and abotu 5 miles from teh house , it started cutting out, liek teh engine just shut off and then would restart if i let off the throttle....after teh 5th time, I figured we better stopbefore we got stranded somewheres, then it died for good... cracked two injector lines and no fuel... then it started again!!
Got turned around and made it back home, cant replicate the problem sitting in the driveway......
Thought maybe the FSo wire is loose, nope on there good and tight....... if it were fuel filter it shouldnt only stop up at high rpm's should it??
What else might cause this??????

The BOSS is really on my backside over this ... she beenlooking forward to going out this weekend for a long time....I may never hear the end of it if I cant solve this ASAP......

It's probably the fuel filter. Could be a weak lift pump or a suction leak. Change the filter first.

End note, new filter didnt help, started back tracing the fuel and electical systems and found that the FSO wire had been crimped and cut partway thru probably something I did.... got it pinched behind the throttle cable bracket, probably last time I changed the fuel filter.. repaired wire and problem solved!

( of course, then teh water pump went south, but thats a different story!)
