More transmission problems

A couple of weeks ago I had a band anchor drop out and jam the Rooster comb on my 1999 47RE. I pulled the pan, dropped the valve body and refitted the band anchor. I then adjusted the band 1 1/2 turns out, reassembled the valve body, installed a new filter and filled it up.

When I drove it the first week after fixing it everything seemed fine. Well this past weekend I used it to tow my buggy and it started to delay shifting up, you really had to mash the the throttle to get it to upshift. Also when coming to a stop it would clunk (Assume this is the TC unlocking)

Yesterday, using the truck to drive to work it is noticably worst. Shifting thru the gears it either holds back the shifts or it slams them in hard, almost like it has one of those racing valve bodys on it.

Anyone have any suggestions. I was just about to put the truck up for sale as I wanted to step up to a newer dually, sounds like that won`t be happining any time soon if my current truck has a bad transmission.

Would the Governor Pressure Solinoid cause this issue?
