manual fuel pressure guage help
manual fuel pressure guage help
I know I know, I should have one mounted in my truck but I don't. I am wanting to get a manual one so I can check my fuel pressure every once in a while. I don't have a clue on what to buy and what kind of fittings I need to hook it up. Any and all suggestions appreciated.

Re:manual fuel pressure guage help
Got mine at Pep Boys. About $29. Came all with the proper connnections to hook up on my 2001.
ps
See your an outfitter. I ran JBarC Outfitters for several years and am fixing to start her back up again. We do exotic hunts in the Texas Hill Country. I really enjoy doing it. I have a great ranch to work out of. Its just that this season Im hunting on the Kenedy ranch just south of Sarita - and I hate missing a weekend. :P

Re:manual fuel pressure guage help
Any pressure gauge in the correct pressure range will work. A hose from an AC recharge kit will connect to the Schrader fitting at the injection pump. Just use a hose barb fitting to plumb the gauge to the AC hose. I have an in-cab guage plumbed this way and it works great.
