Howdy!

I'm considering covering my oil pan with a sound deadening material, but I'm concerned that might raise my oil temperatures. Is anyone aware of a good quality engine oil cooler that will fit a second gen?

Does anyone think I won't need one?

Factory equipped with oil cooler. Behind the oil filter is a large cavity in the block. Oil cooler bolts in this cavity and actually is the filter head, too.

 

I did not know that. I assume it exchanges with the coolant system?
