Lift Pump Replacement

Changed my fuel filter last week, bumped the starter and no fuel from the lift pump, 118K on the odometer. Being a Saturday afternoon I scrambled to the phone to find a replacement. Only auto parts store that had one was Pep Boys for $175. Not a tough job to replace. Had the boys at work make me up a gauge with about 3' of hose and a fitting to connect to the fitting on the fuel filter housing...after removing the core. Gauge read 17lbs. at idle and I have it zip tied to the battery cable under the hood for a periodic quick check.

I have an electronic FP gauge in the cab and a mechanical one under the hood for periodic verification.
