Double checked with another gauge, same result. Looks like I'm getting a well regulated but low pressure flow.
Label on pump sez it should be used with Part #XXXXXXX regulator....
I can see a regulator to lower pressure if it's too high. But ***? Parts store has another pump coming tomorrow. Guess I'll try that and see what's up.
Any ideas?

I've used the exact same pump as you and got the same results... I sent that one back and went to a Cummins shop in Boise and ordered a Campaign pump. I'm now seeing 15.0 @ idle and 13.0 @ WOT... This is also with the Vulcan Big Line Kit...

I got to admit that the 4601HP pump looks just like the OEM LP pump... but I think there is a difference in the internal regulator...
