I'm trying to mount a speaker phone and make it look decent but it seems there is a sequence to how all the molded plastic pieces snap, screw, lock w/ tabs, hinge, click, and jiggle into place.
Is there a printed roadmap to these pieces and their removal? I have an '03 quad cab 6 speed, 4WD. I also thought the rear seats were click in and out. nope. Thanks

 

The very first thing you have to do is remove that little hook on the dash.
after removing that, it comes apart pretty easy.

 

Just remove the screw above the hook on the passenger side. Open the glovebox, pull at the dash on the left hand side, it will just pop off. Panavise sell a custom bracket that comes with install instructions. Their website also has instructions on how to remove the dash and install the bracket.
