Killed 3 new vp44's in a week

I have a 02 with a redline, ez, 150 inj, and a turbonetics turbo... I recently had the motor redone and since i put it back together I have killed 3 vp's in about a week I had them rebuilt by diesel injection in louisville, its there hot rod pump that keeps going out.... It has burned the first two up within a few mins and the last one lasted about 3 days of normal driving.... I have a Holley Black with 1/2 pick up tube in tank and 1/2 lines all the way to the inj pump... I am holding 15 psi ideling and 12-13 a WOT with the redline... I have had the redline both on and off the truck and it was just recently sent off and redone.... Any help would greatly be appreciated this is getting really expenseive.... Also i have had my injectors pop tested by diesel injection, they seemed to be fine.... The pumps seem to be burning up the psg, i checked the voltage at the hot wire on the pump and it was at 12.38 volts.... I have also looked over the wiring harness and seem to see nothing wrong there either

It sounds like that motor wants a p-pump! Did you check over all the wiring for the redline to make sure nothing is shorting out?

Is ther no warranty on the pump at all? I had my replacement pump die after about a month and BD replaced it for free. You would think even if you tapped the wire and it only lasts a couple hours you would still get some kinda warranty

Double check you Redline wiring. T.J burned up his Hotrod 44 by hooking it up wrong.

It's gotta be a wiring issue. There's no reason to be burning through them like that. I'd also think that after just a few minutes of running and they are dying that the shop would warranty them even with a tapped wire.

Check your wiring, like was said. If that checks out, shop elsewhere for a VP. Maybe they are not up to par?
