My 2001 RAM 2500 diesel 4X4 in Nicaragua has a strange problem. When the engine starts, 50% of the time there is no air, no horn, no speedometer, and no electronic windows. I will then pull fuse # 12? and engine immediately dies. Then by relpacine the fuse and restarting the engine, sometimes the problem goes away except the right electronic window will not work (was working perfectly prior to strange behavior). If pulling and replacing the fuse does not work the first time, I will continue to do it until it works.

Any ideas?

there was a recal on the ignition switch not sure for a 2001 though. One of the wires was to short and when you tilted the column it would pull out of the plug.
