I'm going to be installing my SB DD soon and am wondering how hard it's going to be. I've been told alligning the two disks is a pain. Any thoughts to make the process go easier would be great.

 

No the only thing harder than a single disk is aligning the clutch disc's and center plate like you mentioned. Another thing, not sure if you have a 6spd or not but when we installed my bigger input shaft we had to make a gasket out of gasket material to use as a shim because once bolted down my input shaft was VERY hard to turn. The gasket/shim made it turn smooth as silk!
