i have a 2000 dodge 24 valve cummins with a 47re. i am experiencing shifting problems. the trans shifts from 1st to 2nd at about 10-15mph depending on throttle pressure and 2nd to 3rd between 20-30mpy depending on throttle pressure. but from 3rd to 4th gear it shifts about 47-52mph. the trans seems to not have any lockup. will this be a converter problem or is this the electronic gov solanoid problem. any feedback would be greatly appreciated. going on vacation in a couple weeks and need to fix the problem. thanks in advance for your help!!

 

Lock up is controlled by the PCM and the TCC solenoid. The governor solenoid is used for 1-2,2-3 and is then turned off. Are there any codes?
