Help with starting?? somethins wrong
ok my truck just started doin this.. il turn on key til wait to start light goes off then i turn key and just here a click try again stil same.... it usually starts after 3 or 4 or more attempts it wil just fire like normal.... couple times right after it started my radio wouldnt work for a minute... anyone know wats up?? o and my comp wont change levels either right after i start it sometimes... thanks..
First thing I would do is clean my battery contacts. Then, I would start looking at my ground contacts. It just sounds like a bad connection.
Some coke and a wire brush on your terminals will do wonders...

ok that explains that but... now on way to work i had dead pedal halfway there before it cleared up had a irratic idle an lack of power only a companion code showing vp?
Maybe your starter solenoid is going bad. I'm not certain if this could be it but a clunk or click is the noise for that @_@. Then again the bad ground idea seems more likely with the radio not working
edit: whoop sorry jumped on the first part a bit too quick didn't look at the following posts

I still think you have a bad ground somewhere causing all these problems. I would highly suggest cleaning all grounds under the hood (not just the battery connectors) as a first step. Also, are your batteries charging properly? Are they still good? Start with the basics first.
