A friend of mine took her 2000 dodge to a shop to get the tranny fluid and filter changed. They messed up and left something loose and fluid leaked out or blew out. She made it back to them and they fixed there mistake, but now she says it shifts really hard. What might be wrong?

 

Verify that the transmission throttle valve cable is adjusted properly.
