Help Codes 0122, 0121 and Dead in the Water

At mile 450 of my 500 mile trip today my truck took itself off of cruise control and went to a total dead pedal with no warning. The idle went to about 1000 RPM when I pulled to the side of the road and then fell to about 600 RMP after a bit and got a little rough. I shut the truck off and restarted, the dead pedal went away and no loss of power can be noticed. I proceeded to drive the rest of the 50 miles having to stop and shut the truck off at least 10 times to get the dead pedal issue to go away, temporarily only. I checked the codes and 1693, 0122 and 0121 are present. Fuel is at half of a tank, the lift pump is 2 months old (Cummins OEM) and a brand new fuel filter (Fleetguard) was installed one week ago. Any help would be great as I need to drive the 500 miles back home on Sunday and I need to get this thing going by then no matter what.

Thanks Paws

OEM lift pumps can fail as fast as you instal them, you need to verify fuel pressure, hence a fuel pressure gauge soonest if you dont already have one, the other two codes are APPS, do a search for Timbo, he offers an upgraded williams APPS that is a fraction of the cost of OEM (160$vs 500$plus)

Just about has to be an APPS issue. Don't know how you will get one before your trip back however. Where are you currently located?

You could do a Apps recalibration if you have some basic tools and a meter. I did a long time ago and it works well.

Installed news APPS and the dead pedal went away but I cannot get the codes off of my truck, thus the check engine light will not go off. How do you reset and clear codes?

3 choices 1.A code scanner can erase them. 2. After so many key cycles the cel light should go off. 3. Disconnect neg batt terminals and turn key on for an hr or so should also clear code and light.

Did you adjust the voltage properly after installing the new apps?

The APPS fixed the problem, even gained 1.0 MPG. Thanks for the help.
