When I installed mine in February when I had a 6 speed, now mush box, I installed the entire thing from Dodge. It was in two parts with a quick connect in the middle of the line between the MC and Slave. I left the plastic parts on to keep it straight. They did break when I apply the clutch the first time.

What I took out was one unit with no quick connect. Those things are hard to bleed when you change ends.

replace the thing as a complete unit, ether from dodge or south bend has a good HD unit. more often then not trying to bleed them doesn't work

My Biggest Problem Right Now Is That The Straps Have Not Broken Yet And Other People Say That They Broke The First Time They Pushed The Clutch

If you have air in the system it will compress were a liquid will not compress and it will snap off the plastic straps. I have replaced 8 or 10 on diff truck every one popped the straps
