Hard to start
what could be causing this on a cousins 2000 dodge diesel?
he has a holley lift pump on the frame, (always on with the ignition on)
new fuel lines from tank to fuel filter
got a new vp44 a year ago.
seems to do it when the tank is lower then 1/2 full, and when the truck is parked uphill (front higher then rear)
Does it also sometimes when it sat for a while during the day...
help please
