Greasable U-joints?

Tried the search and no luck, so:
Does anyone make a replacement u-joint for our trucks that has a grease fitting?

Are you talking about on the axle shafts or the driveshafts? I know i've seen greasable uoints for the driveshats before but i never had any put on a truck. On my old 95 ram i had installed greasable ujoints in both axle shafts. I wanna say they were spicer ujoints but i'm not too sure on that.

Guys, I know I'm a 3rd gen guy but...yep you can get Spicer Originals ujoints for your shaft. Any good driveline shop will have them. I priced them at truck parts places and my driveline guy was cheaper because he got them straight from the Dana Spicer warehouse. Should run about $30 to $35 a piece. I don't have the part #'s for you but they are available at a Dana Spicer driveline shop. Hope this helps. Spicer makes several lines of Ujoints....The originals are the driveline guys favorites for lasting. ks

the reason for a non greasable is that they are much stronger....only get the greasable if u will religiously grease them..i personally like the greasables, have never had a greasable go bad, i have had to replace the stock nogreaseables on my truck. front axles i went with the non, driveshaft i used the greasables.

What Mike said....

I have never had a problem getting greasable u joints for just about anything at NAPA (including our Dodges).

If OEM Spicer parts are your thing, you can go to your local Dana/Spicer dealer and specify greasable u joints.....I have never heard of a non greasable Spicer u joint application that couldn't be spec'd with a greasable version.

Rob,
Check out www.rockauto.com they have AC Delco and Precision brand greasable and non greasable joints.
They are cheaper than buying form a store.

Have you tried Lakewood Performance? Summit Racing carries that line.

buy good ones, a bad u-joint can take ALOT of stuff with it when it explodes...I've junked many axle shafts, yokes and ripped a hole in the floor of my Jeep due to u-joint falure...don't cheap out, get the best ones you can find...
