GlowShift Gauges?

Has anyone ever used GlowShift gauges? Are they dependable?
I am wanting to put boost, egt, and fuel press gauges on my truck.
Or, should I spend more for autometer or some other brand?

I have Pyro,Boost and Tans temp. They are great guages, but they could be more explicit in the instructions? The trans temp probe will not fit in the 47re without a "Sender Extender" Great customer service! Good luck..dieselmanor.com will have an extender as well as some pretty good instructions.

no experience with the actual gauges but I just bought a triple a pillar mount from them for $27.99 shipped! Haven't got it yet but seems like a good deal. They have pretty good feedback I checked before I bought the pillar pod.

Thanks guys. I was wondering about the quality. They are the cheapest around but if they work good I will probably order a set.

got all the most important onees, pyro, f.p and t/temp. I would not recomed doing the install as they have it wired. I went with a remote switch for both legs on the gauges as if you dont drive a for a week or so it will drain the batteries as the gauges are on all the time. That's my 2c. But the gauges and the mounting pillar pod are not real high quality but do what they need to. Do like the multi colored light feature.

I have all 4 EGT trans temp, boost and fuel pressure, the EGT works but you have to bang on the guage sometimes, *(real cute) the fuel pressure stopped working all together proabbly a bad sender, and cold weather combined so who knows, the color change feature is cool but not needed, for my use and also the light om the trans temp guage got dim and a different shade of the color if that makes sense, so I think they suck alot considering they have about 3k miles on them

I went ahead and got the isspro fuel press, egt, and boost gauge kit from Diesel Manor. Came with all the wiring needed to install them. Just barely got them installed. Seem like there a good quality gauge. I guess i got scared about the quality of Glow Shift.

probably a good move, when I tried calling them about the above mentioned issues they made it sound like it couldn't be the quality of the guages at fault it was the install, which I can promiss you it wasn't , especially when they worked for a brief time, then issues arouse everything is sodered, taped as it should and tested to have the correct voltage, as I said I cant determine whats up witht the FP guage, but considering the rest of them I'd bet on quality, sorry for the rant

I have them also and my EGT gauge does some wierd stuff also. I have them all set to blue color but the egt will turn red when you first start the truck and every time the intake heater kicks in the color of the egt will turn red also, and the shade of blue is diff. then the other two. thought about calling the company but may be easier just to buy a new one from them and see how long it lasts.
