lately my truck is getting a little harder to start, just taking a bit longer than it use to but it starts. it drags a little bit as well. batteries are fine fass lift pump abt 2yrs old. holding good fuel pressure as well.

 

Turning slow? Have you done starter contacts? I just had to do mine over the winter.

 

I agree. I replaced my batteries thinking they were the problem and it ended up being my starter contacts.

Now my instantaneous start is back.

I bought both the solenoid contacts and the brushes. If you buy the brushes, don't cut the wires from the old brushes really close like it shows in the instructions, leave some wire to play with.
